Triple Star is NOT a recruitment agency. We are a service contractor. You can hire our team to accomplish specific tasks/projects or serve as an extension to your in-house team under contract.

Our company is a registered service contractor. We are allowed, under DOLE DO 174-17, to enter job contracting or subcontracting agreements.  

Yes, we can. We’ll include it in our proposal.

The whole process of hiring us, from our first phone conversation to contract signing, may take 1 to 2 weeks. But if our proposal gets approved right away and you require no further adjustments, we can proceed with onboarding much sooner.

Depending on the project’s type and scope, you can hire us for a definite or indefinite timeframe. Some of the manufacturing and merchandising companies we work with have kept our team for almost ten years. Our partnership can also be purely output-based—once we’ve produced the agreed output, we can either end or renew our contract.  

We will charge you for our workers’ salary, government mandated benefits, and an administrative service fee. As for employee uniform and biometrics machine/Bundy clock, we will shoulder the cost of those. If you require more than 100 personnel, we will provide a full-time supervisor.

Our payment term is 15 days upon receipt of billing. We will discuss this at the onset and include an agreed payment schedule and system in the contract.
